LLTSC is currently immersed in the early stages of developing a new indoor tennis, padel and pickleball centre to be located on Kingsley School Fields on Sandy Lane, Lillington.

The centre will feature 4 x tennis courts and 4 x padel courts, and will offer a pay and play, and membership option. 

This new development will be funded through a number of sources:

• LLTSC investment
• Member loans 
• LTA Loan (15 years, interest-free)
• Investment from the Leamington Tennis Court Club (Real Tennis Club) in exchange for a 50% profit share from padel. 
  
  

The project is now at pre-planning stage, which will require a significant investment of upwards of £100,000, to include architect fees, drawings and planning fees.

Club members have ratified the progression of this project, therefore, the next step is to make a formal pre-planning submission to Warwick District Council’s planning department (likely to be the middle of May 2025). We should  then hear back within 8 weeks whether they think it is a viable project.
